The location was very good only a few minutes walk from niagra falls. There is a supermarket or 2 within a few minutes walk also and restaurants also. The skylon tower is across the street pretty much which has amazing views of the falls and surrounding areas. It's affordable and the staff are friendly it's worth a stay.

Great location, great staff, clean room, great price. The hotel is within walking distance from the attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful. We rented 2 rooms and wanted the rooms close to each other and they provided. We just needed a place to stay so we didn't check facilities. I only noticed that they had an ice machine on each floor, which is great. The room was clean (except the floor from what it looked like) and A/C was working fine. We are very happy with our one-night stay.

Lincel The receptionist was excellent. the room is clean and it will be better if fridge and microwave should be added to the room. The ice machine is not working. Since I checked out, the security deposit has not been credited to my account. Before I check in, my card is already charged. They suppose to charge it when I check in and ask me how I like to pay rather than charging my card even I’m not checking in yet. For the deposit, I'd prefer to pay cash so you could refund it when I check out. The guy in the morning receptionist told me that the security deposit will be returned in 2 to 3 business days, which is strange because it should happen the same day.

The bed was extremely comfortable and really soft. The location was great, about 15 minute walk downtown. 5 minutes away from Tim Hortons. IHOP was great and we were given a coupon upon check-in. The room and area was really quiet even for a Friday and Saturday night.

Staff is friendly and helpful when needed. Room was clean with lots of pillows. The location is central to alot of restaurants and activities and not that far from the falls.

I stayed here for Thanksgiving Weekend. The hotel staff were excellent and the location was perfect (15 min walk from Clifton Hills, The Falls and the Convention Centre). The room was good. Great value for money!

Hotel was fairly close to tourist areas and located along the bus route. A few restaurants were in close proximity. The room had a jetted tub that I made full use of. I was on the 5th Floor with nice views like a beautiful sunset and allowed for restful sleep.

We were moved to the Quality Inn because of renovation. The staff were wonderful. A few facility issues but the only one that really affected us was crappy TV channels. I am not a huge TV person but when you've been out all day and need to unwind, you look for it. The staff were great and one guy tried to fix it but it didn't work. Otherwise, it was great for the price.
